Dynatech’s industrial parks are strategically located in the city of Hermosillo. Hermosillo is the capital city of Sonora, bordering the northern State of Arizona. It is just 175 miles from the border city of Nogales, the most decongested port of entry to the United States from Mexico, and approximately 680 miles from Los Angeles, Calif. In addition, Hermosillo is 80 miles from Guaymas, Sonora, a deep cargo seaport. Our estimated labor force in the city represents a 57% of the total population number (estimated at 650,000 aprox.). Our parks are located near urban areas in the city, therefore, the operating plants established with us are very easy to access by an abundant labor pool that lives nearby. Sonora’s system of Communications is one of the best in the country: A four lane highway connects the State from Nogales south to Hermosillo and throughout the State. Railroad is the common system of transportation used by Ford’s assembly plant to transport their finished product from Hermosillo to Nogales, Arizona.

Our city’s international airport has several direct daily flights to Tucson, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and other important cities in the United States. Fiber optics is being used by the telephone company and cellular, internet and satellite communications are also available. A modern, attractive medium-sized city of approximately 700,000 inhabitants, the capital city of the second largest State in Mexico offers a stable environment with an abundance of capable, trainable and productive labor force. Qualified, educated and high level labor is also found in the city.
Six universities and several technical schools support as well the excellent white-collar capacity. Low turnover in the plants is a major advantage of establishing your operation in our city.
