Hermosillo is a modern, attractive city, with a population above 700,000. It provides not only the amenities of a major cultural and economic center, but also an outstanding quality of life and people. Modern shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters, satellite TV, and exclusive golf and sports clubs are in place and growing. Some of Mexico's best seaside resorts are only an hour's drive away.

Dynatech's industrial parks are strategically located in the city of Hermosillo. Hermosillo is the capital city of Sonora, bordering the northern State of Arizona. It is just 175 miles from the border city of Nogales, the most decongested port of entry to the United States from Mexico, and approximately 680 miles from Los Angeles, California. In addition, Hermosillo is 80 miles from Guaymas, Sonora, a deepwater cargo seaport.

Our estimated labor force in the city represents a 57% of the total population number (estimated above 700,000). We have industrial sites for labor intensive operations and medium and heavy industries.

Sonora's system of Communications is one of the best in the country: A four lane highway connects the State from Nogales south to Hermosillo and throughout the State. Railroad is the common system of transportation used by Ford's assembly plant to transport their finished product from Hermosillo to Nogales, Arizona. Two rail intermodal serve industries' demanding needs of rail services. Our city's international airport has several direct daily flights to Tucson, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, as well as to many cities in Mexico. Fiber optics is being used by the telephone company and cellular, internet and satellite communications are also available.

A modern, attractive medium-sized city of approximately 700,000 inhabitants, the capital city of the second largest State in Mexico offers a stable environment with an abundance of capable, trainable and productive labor. Qualified, educated and high level labor is also found in the city. Six universities and several technical schools support as well the excellent white-collar capacity.

Low turnover is a major advantage of establishing your operation in our city. Since Hermosillo is not on the border, we are not saturated with manufacturing plants and migrant population. Also, labor costs are lower, because there is no devouring competition for labor.

We offer complete services and infrastructure. Our services include private telephone lines, fiber optics, electrical substation in each facility, sewerage, water and recreational areas for the workers.
