Dynatech's industrial parks are specifically designed, equipped and well located for operations under the maquila or in-bond program, with intensive labor requirements, medium and heavy transformation, or distribution purposes.
Two important distinctions in our industrial parks are size and location within the city of Hermosillo.

With over 600,000 sq. ft. of construction in manufacturing plants, Dynatech has the experience and prestige to assure a long time commitment with profitability to your company.
• Dynatech I is located in the Northwest of the city. A park of 18 acres, we have approximately 373,000 sq. ft. of construction.
Amp Amermex, a subsidiary of Tyco Electronics, Cactex, and Amphenol are the current maquiladora plants in Dynatech I, with a labor force of approximately 5,000. Other clients with non manufacturing operations are Ocean Garden and Edil Desarrollos y Construcciones.
• Dynatech IV is a park of 16 acres located in the Industrial Park of Hermosillo. This location is recommended for operations requiring natural gas and/or railroad services.
• Dynatech Sur is a state of the art park, which plans a first phase of 120 has. The total master plan is an area of approximately 1,000 hectares, which include a development plan for housing, commercial and service, and industrial areas.
Services at Dynatech South include an electric substation of 30 MVA, railroad intermodal, public lightning, potable water, sewerage, fiber optic, natural gas, rail spur, drainage infrastructure, as well as internal roads designed for continuous traffic.
